Fort Riley Elementary Hosts Game Night

Two students with parent at game night

Family fun was our focus for this school event.  We wanted to offer a time for families to relax and enjoy their time together. For some of our students this was their first experience playing some of the games. Varieties of board games such as Charades, Mousetrap, Monopoly, Memory, Scrabble, etc. were available for families to enjoy. We also had Twister, Jenga, Bowling, Music Bingo, Nintendo Wii, Bean Bag Toss, Hula Hoops and Family Feud available. Pizza was served for dinner and door prizes were awarded on the hour (board games). Our Scholastic Book Fair was open in the library and was a huge success. We had an attendance of over two-hundred for our Family Game Night.
